Small Business of the Year nominee – Panacea Holistic and Skin Clinic

Skin clinic owner Amanda Meigh is so committed to customer care that she sometimes talks people out of treatments if she doesn’t feel they are right for them.

Amanda, the owner of Panacea Holistic and Skin Clinic in City Road, Fenton, says it is important to manage people’s expectations.

“Customer care is my USP. What makes me different is how I am with customers and how I explain to people what they need and don’t need. I’m not a clinic that will just take your money. I’m upfront with people about the treatments they want.

“Running my own business means I can look after people how I want to. Now I can take my time and look after people properly.”

Amanda, from Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, started her business in 2017 after retraining following a career in health and social care.

She offers services including fillers, skin boosters, microneedling, vitamin shots and ear wax removal. Customers travel from as far afield as Crewe and Nantwich,

Panacea has been nominated in the Small Business of the Year category of University of Staffordshire Business Awards by Tomasz Putynkowski.

Tomasz said: “I am delighted to nominate Panacea Skin Clinic for the Small Business of the Year award. Panacea Skin Clinic has established itself as a premier destination for a wide range of aesthetic and holistic treatments. With a highly qualified team, exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence, Panacea has earned the trust and admiration of its clients.”

Amanda added: “I’m quite excited to have been nominated for a business award but it’s scary at the same time.”
