JLC Interiors Ltd – Small Business of the Year entrant

In an industry often driven by standardisation, JLC Interiors aims to stand apart by embracing creativity and individuality. Every design is approached with fresh thinking, ensuring no two projects are the same.

The Hednesford-based business’s service is so bespoke its range is virtually limitless and it can work with rooms of any shape and size.

It designs, manufactures and fits bespoke fitted furniture for every room in the home including lounge units, media wall units, wardrobes, kitchens, home offices, understairs units and entertainment spaces.

Founded by husband and wife team Libby and John Chapman in January 2018, the business is still family owned and run but now has a team of staff working across manufacturing and the office.

John Chapman has been working in the furniture industry since his teens so it was a natural progression to start his own business.

Libby Chapman said: “The ability to translate a clients vision into a functional, beautiful and personalised space is one of our defining strengths. Whether working on residential or commercial interiors, we combine technical expertise with an understanding of aesthetics to create results that are both practical and inspiring.

“What further distinguishes us is our unique approach to design and delivery. We do not follow trends, we set them, by combining innovative ideas with high quality materials and skilled craftsmanship.

“We consistently produce interiors that are distinctive and enduring. Attention to detail is evident at every stage, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Our commitment to excellence has earned us recognition within the industry.

JLC Interiors Limited has entered the Small Business of the Year category of the University of Staffordshire Business Awards.
